ONLINE OR ONSITE ADVICE TO HELP YOU FIND YOUR PERFECT COLOUR PALETTE

Colour can offer a simple but transformative improvement to your space. But sometimes it can feel like the options are endless and overwhelming. Let Kitedown Creative guide you to your perfect colour palette.
Through my Colour Consultation service, I help take the guesswork out of choosing colours for your home, and gain confidence in your design choices. Whether you’re looking to refresh a single room, harmonise colours across your entire property, or enhance period features with a complementary palette, I’ll provide tailored advice to suit your style, needs, and goals.

PROBLEMS WE SOLVE

• Are your walls covered in paint tester patches but you’re still unable to choose? It is easy to feel overwhelmed by the massive choice of colours, tones, and shades. And then there’s the different finishes. I’ll help you narrow down the options to find the perfect palette for your space.
• Feeling uncertain about how to coordinate colours with existing furniture, flooring, or architectural details? I’ll create a cohesive palette that ties everything together seamlessly.
• Keen to use various colours but unsure about how to create flow between rooms? You don’t have to play it safe by using only one colour throughout. I’ll develop a harmonious colour scheme that ensures every room complements the next.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

The Colour Consultation can be provided online or onsite for local clients. Both services involve developing a clear understanding of your personality, your tastes and style, and the rooms you need support with, via detailed discussions and questionnaires.

• Introduction call: We’ll start with a short phone call to discuss what challenges you’re facing, what you hope to achieve and how many rooms you wish to tackle.
• Understanding your style: You’ll then receive the detailed online questionnaire, to complete in your own time – this helps me develop an understanding of your tastes, and also allows you to upload photos or a video of the rooms so that I can see the spaces in advance.
• Book your Consultation session: Once you’ve completed the questionnaire you’ll receive a link to be able to book either the online or onsite consultation, for a date and time that suits you.
• If you book an online consultation, I’ll send you the colour charts I’ll be discussing in advance. If you book an onsite consultation, I’ll bring these with me.
• Curated selections and advice: The Consultation will take an hour (longer for more than 2 rooms), and will involve me touring the space with you (virtually if online), then guiding you through the colour choices I’ve made, discussing the finishes and decorating processes and answering your questions. I’ll record the online consultation so no need to take notes, you can just focus on the advice.
• Follow up documentation: Afterwards you’ll receive by email a detailed report of the consultation, mood board of the colour scheme, specifications of the paints chosen, and recommendations of quantities needed.
