ABOUT US

At Kitedown Creative, I deliver thoughtful, human-centered design with a commitment to excellence  and individuality. A graduate in residential and commercial interiors from the prestigious KLC School of Design in London, I bring a unique blend of creative expertise and rigorous project management to every project – creating spaces in which you and your loved ones inherently feel you belong.

Prior to founding Kitedown Creative, I spent over 14 years managing complex projects across private, government, and humanitarian sectors — including emergency response roles where precision, empathy, and results under pressure were non-negotiable. This experience shaped my approach: compassionate, highly organised, deeply attentive to individual needs, and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.

My connection to the concept of “home” runs deep. Having worked in conflict zones with those who have lost or fled their homes, I’ve developed a sincere appreciation for the nurturing power of a well-designed space. A healthy and functional home is more than just a place to live; it’s the foundation of our well-being, our sense of belonging, and our ability to thrive. How we feel in a room, our experience in it, is far more important than any notions of glamour or opulence. It is about creating spaces that support well-being, belonging, and ease — spaces that quietly elevate you.

At Kitedown Creative, each project is tailored to reflect the distinct lives and tastes of my clients. I relish the challenge of creating space and flow, and the art of sourcing unique furnishings, materials, and finishes — curating pieces with craftsmanship, provenance, and character that add depth and story to every room.

By combining a refined creative vision with an unwavering commitment to service and detail, I help busy, discerning clients transform houses into effortless, nurturing homes.

Kitedown Creative works to these Core Values

  • Collaboration and Partnership:
I believe the best designs emerge through meaningful collaboration with my clients, suppliers and partners, ensuring their voices, visions and expertise guide every project.
  • Nurturing Spaces:
I create spaces that enhance well-being and promote sustainable choices, offering comfort, balance, and harmony while respecting our environment.
  • Human-Focused Design:
It always starts with functionality and the needs of the individual. Only when they are mastered do I blend in the beauty, creating spaces that are both practical and visually inspiring, tailored to the unique people who live, work, and thrive within them.
